For what purpose do we process your personal data?

At onLygal Legal Services we process the information provided to us by interested parties in order to:

1. Comply with the obligations derived from contracting the legal service and with the legal obligations related to the management of the contract.
2. Communicate information to your insurance company so that it can know, for the benefit of the insured, the level of utilization and quality of the service provided by onLygal Legal Services.
3. Communicate information to the parent company of the Group to which onLygal Servicios Legales belongs, for internal administrative purposes, such as supervision, definition of strategic lines, provision of corporate services and joint use of computer resources.
4. Prevent money laundering and terrorist financing.
5. Resolve claims that, if applicable, are presented to onLygal Legal Services.

Refusal to provide the required information will entitle onLygal Servicios Legales not to formalize the contract.

No automated decisions will be made based on your profile.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the reinsurance contract concluded between onLygal Seguros and its insurance company is in force and, in any case, until the last of the declared claims ends. After two years from the date of cancellation of the reinsurance contract or the date of cancellation of the claim (whichever occurs later), onLygal Seguros will block your personal data in order to prevent its processing, except for making it available to Public Administrations. and Courts in order to comply with legal obligations. Once the blocking period has elapsed, it will be deleted.

How long will we keep your data?

The personal data provided will be kept as long as the contract concluded with onLygal Legal Services is in force and, in any case, until the provision of the contracted services is completed. After five years from the date of cancellation of the contract, onLygal Legal Services will block your personal data in order to prevent its processing, except for making it available to Public Administrations and Courts, in order to comply with legal obligations. Once the blocking period has elapsed, it will be deleted.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is as indicated below, correlatively to the purposes indicated above:

1. The processing of data to fulfill the contract concluded with the interested party is necessary to be able to provide the contracted service, as well as to comply with the obligations derived from contracting a service established in Royal Decree of July 24, 1889 by which the Civil Code is published and in compliance with the legal obligations established in the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws (hereinafter Law of Consumers and Users).
2. The communication of information to your insurance company, so that it can know the level of use and quality of the service provided by onLygal Servicios Legales, is based on compliance with the obligations derived from the contract concluded between onLygal Servicios Legales and your company.
3. The communication of information to the parent company of the Group to which onLygal Servicios Legales belongs is based on the legitimate interest of the parent company to efficiently manage its processes and reduce the risk of compliance, in accordance with the provisions of Considering 48 of the European Data Protection Regulation.
4. The treatment for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing is necessary so that onLygal Servicios Legales can comply with the legal obligations established in the Law/2010, of April 28, on the prevention of money laundering and the financing of terrorism.
5. The processing to manage and resolve claims derives from compliance with the legal obligations established in the Consumer and User Law.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

onLygal Servicios Legales will communicate to its insurance company any personal data that is necessary for it to know, for the benefit of the insured, the level of use and quality of the service provided by onLygal Servicios Legales.

onLygal Servicios Legales has entered into contracts with lawyers and solicitors, to whom onLygal Servicios Legales will communicate personal data, in cases where their intervention is necessary during the management of the service. If necessary, to carry out the appropriate procedures, onLygal Legal Services will communicate your data to the Notary of your choice.

To the parent company of the Group to which onLygal Servicios Legales belongs, for internal administrative purposes

No data will be transferred to other third parties, except under legal obligation.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Anyone has the right to obtain information about whether at onLygal Legal Services we are processing their personal data:

• The user has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion strong>when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
• In certain circumstances, the user may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defense of claims.
• In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the user may object to the processing of their data. onLygal Legal Services will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims.
• The user will have the right to portability, that is, to have the personal data provided be transmitted directly to another person responsible in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, when technically possible.
